Administrative + Operations Role
We’re growing quickly, and I’m looking for my Ace—my right hand person to enhance the brand with their energy, expertise and execution.
You can look at our current systems and identify how to streamline & automate tasks I’ve been doing manually for months. You can process large volumes of inbound customer service requests efficiently and with empathy. You learn and move quickly and are the pinnacle of organization, flow, and spirit.
+ You are insanely organized and addicted to getting things done. Some may call you OCD, and to me, you’re a Godsend.
+ Your natural instinct is to create processes around what you’re doing—partly because you know the faster you document a task, the sooner you can automate, delegate, or eliminate it.
+ You are focused. You’re excellent at seeing a task through to completion before moving onto something else. When you have several unrelated projects and tasks, you have a simple way of prioritizing them and powering through.
+ When you don’t understand something, you try to figure it out on your own first because you’re savvy & resourceful. If you’re still uncertain, you request help without second guessing yourself or thinking you’re bothering me.
+ You have worked in or aspire to work in the entertainment industry, specifically film, music, musical theater and/or TV.
+ You love to meditate and also know and believe that there’s a greater force leading and guiding us as we lead and guide ourselves.
You are a ninja of organization & efficiency. I never need to worry about what’s happening and when… because you’ve got it covered!
You process large volumes of inbound customer service requests —including praise, sales questions, payment questions & disputes—seamlessly, quickly, and with professionalism & personality.
You’re obsessed with getting things done. If a task is unfinished or unaccounted for, you’re not sleeping until it’s scheduled or complete.
Timeliness and deadlines are your jam. When we have a team call at 10:00am, you show up at 9:55am. When the deadline is Tuesday at 5:30pm, you have it done by Mon at 9:30am.
You’re a swiss army knife—known to be able to figure anything out. Google is your best friend, you’re resourceful & savvy, and you love a good challenge.
You communicate clearly and confidently. If you disagree with something, you communicate that without hesitation.
One of your superpowers is customer empathy, and you can step into a role and master the brand’s voice & vibe almost immediately.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (ongoing)
Schedule tweets to promote latest blog posts + announcements
Convert blog posts into images for Instagram and Facebook
Review and report Social Metrics
Email automation (Mailchimp)
Prepare and schedule daily/weekly communications
Convert blog posts into email autoresponders (downloads/links)
Filtering unwanted emails/spam
Database building + Updating contacts (CRM)
Answering Level 1 Customer Support Emails
Creating and sending e-cards + event invitations
Updating landing + sales pages
Keyword Research + SEO Optimization
Competitor Profiles + Analysis
On page Optimization
Data Entry in Google Docs/Word
Creating + Managing Spreadsheets
Preparing Powerpoint/Keynote Presentations
PDF Conversion, Splitting, Merging
Creating Transcript of Video/Audio Files
Prepare online meeting notes
Adding tags + Images to posts
Sending client invoices
Preparation of training materials
Content/Blog post creation
Payment disputes (Knowledge of Stripe & PayPal are ideal)
Web Management (Squarespace knowledge is required)

For the last decade, Rashaad King has worked extensively in a variety of areas within the entertainment and coaching industries. He is an award-winning production manager and have produced five films, organized film festivals, hosted live industry events, facilitated industry-specific training workshops, launched social media campaigns alongside his mentor Oprah Winfrey and have worked on a number of film and television campaigns and initiatives with major production companies and studios such as OWN: the Oprah Winfrey Network, Forward Movement, Paramount Studios, Dick Clark Productions, ARRAY, NAACP Image Awards and others.
He was selected as a reader for the Austin Film Festival, named a judge for the 2017 Project Greenlight Reel Fear Horror Competition and most recently named a judge for the 2018 AT&T Create-A-Thon.
He is currently producing a feature film and two television pilots under his newly formed production company, RKGe Studios. He is the Founder of Rashaad King Global Enterprises and Soul + Source Coaching. His brand known as The Soul Creator, authentically combines creativity and spirituality where he strives to help people realize their dreams and create the lives they desire to live.
Perks & Compensation:
This role will start at 10-15 hours per week. You can #WFA 🌴 (Work From Anywhere) but it is preferred that you be based out of Los Angeles.
